I am a sucker for any and all desserts, especially if chocolate is involved. My sweet tooth was on a rampage the other night, so I whipped up this easy and delicious bananas foster.
Mini Chocolate Chips
Start by cutting a banana in half the long way, and then half again. Press brown sugar onto both sides of your banana slices. Melt coconut oil in pan over medium heat. Place your bananas into the heated oil and cook on both sides until bananas are soft and caramelized. Remove bananas from heat and sprinkle with cinnamon; top with sliced almonds, whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
