NYFW I: Fashion

As I hope you all know, we are currently in the midst of New York Fashion Week. I’ve been following the different runway shows and presentations all week creating a massive list of all my favorite lines and trends in both beauty and fashion.

Here’s a round up of my favorite fashion lines thus far:

Victoria Beckham– A collection full of thick knit tops paired with wide legged cropped trousers and tailored oversized coats adorned with large buttons. This collection is incredibly chic and simplistic, showcasing a strong and powerful woman. It doesn’t help that her gorgeous family sat front row next to none other than Anne Wintour.

Tommy Hilfiger– When you construct your runaway to be an entire full-sized football field, you’ve already captured everyones attention. It also helps that the entire collection was flawless; full of layered autumn colors with Varsity inspired details.

Kate Spade & Company– Let me preface this by saying I already love everything made by Kate Spade and this collection was no different. Inspired by The Fantastic Mr. Fox this collection was impeccably styled and looks quintessentially English and whimsical.

Alice + Olivia– Known for their glamorous and rock n’ roll inspired clothing, this collection definitely doesn’t disappoint. Taking inspiration from the Swinging Sixties London and Seventies-era rock n’ roll this collection presents rich luxurious fabrics with all the glitz and edge that Alice + Olivia is known for. Also their intricately embroidered coats are to die for.
